Once
the business objectives and requirements are agreed, the project
is developed and managed through a series of clearly
defined phases and deliverables. This approach enables the
Client to monitor and
approve
progress throughout the project and ensures that the business
objectives and requirements remain clear to all
involved.

of the new system by the
users which is
the key to a successful project.

Resource Planning:
The
project plans that we prepare include resource planning, with
indicative costs. Once the proposal is
accepted, a training plan and
implementation timetable is prepared.
The level of support users will require when returning
from training and faced with using the new
system is assessed. Support is normally provided by "hand holding"
for few days to few weeks by support personnel or "super
users".
